I hate it so much, It almost hurts...
I love how my sister is so ignorant when it comes to me and my sexuality. She acts like she is the most understanding person, when in reality she isn’t. Everytime I say something about being some way when I was younger she’ll be like “and look how you turned out.” Like tonight…she tried to say that because I used to cry in school when I was younger that made me a “punk” and made me look “weak.” She then goes on to say “and look how you turned out.” What the fuck does crying in school have to do with me being gay now? Its so irritating.
I can’t help how I feel towards guys, do I have a little attraction to girls? I won’t lie I do. But I am 95% of the time totally attracted to guys. I don’t know why I feel this way and I can’t do anything about it, but she needs to get over it. She just doesn’t understand how I feel and she never will. And she’s afraid her child will turn out the same way, so she tries to pretty much get him to be “tougher” than me so he doesn’t turn out to be gay. If your son turns gay there’s nothing you can do. Do I wish that on him? No! But she swears up and down with her homophobic self that he’s gonna end like that cause “its around him.” I love her I really do, but I can’t stand how ignorant and judgemental she is. I pity her more than anything. I hope one day she gets past all of this and stops treating me like I’m some disease.
